1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the FMH Hotel website, mobile application, or any of our services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of our services following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.

2. Booking and Reservations

When making a reservation through our platform, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Booking Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking at our discretion.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms for your reservation:

  • Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified
  • All prices are in Nigerian Naira (NGN) unless stated otherwise
  • We accept credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as indicated
  • Payment information is processed securely through our payment partners
  • Additional charges may apply for extra services, room service, or amenities

Prices are subject to change without notice. The price confirmed at booking is the final price.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before check-in: Full refund
  • Cancellations made 24-48 hours before check-in: 50% refund
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in: No refund
  • No-shows: No refund

Modification Policy:

Booking modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please contact us at least 24 hours before your check-in date to modify your reservation.

5. Check-in and Check-out

Standard Times:

  • Check-in: 2:00 PM
  • Check-out: 12:00 PM (Noon)

Requirements:

  • Valid government-issued photo ID required at check-in
  • Credit card or cash deposit may be required for incidentals
  • Early check-in or late check-out subject to availability and additional fees

6. Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to:

  • Respect other guests, staff, and property
  • Comply with hotel policies and local laws
  • Not engage in illegal activities on the premises
  • Not exceed the maximum occupancy of the room
  • Not smoke in non-smoking areas
  • Report any damage to hotel property immediately

We reserve the right to terminate your stay without refund if you violate these policies or engage in conduct that disturbs other guests or damages hotel property.

7. Liability and Damages

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay. Charges for damages will be assessed and billed to the payment method on file.

Hotel Liability:

FMH Hotel is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal property. We recommend securing valuables in the in-room safe or at the front desk. The hotel's liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

8. Force Majeure

FMH Hotel is not liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, acts of war, terrorism, civil unrest, government actions, or other force majeure events.

In such cases, we will work with guests to reschedule or provide alternative arrangements where possible.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the FMH Hotel website and mobile application, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of FMH Hotel or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

10. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Osun State, Nigeria.
